Gourmet baby zucchinis with the blossoms still attached – brush with oil and grill for a summer treat. You can spend $5.99 a pound, or you can just go out to the garden and pick some. It helps slow down production in the zucchini patch if you’re feeling a little overwhelmed.
But in the end, there no such thing as Too Much Zucchini.
Karen– I wish I had too many zucchini. I have one more coming and lots of blossoms but stem rot is kiling the plant. I already threw one plant away. 🙁 Oh well will try again next year. I wish things grew as quickly here as in BC. Love your picture with the squash growing through the fence. We are still dry here and farmers are asking for help from the government. Some corn is only just over a foot high, but where they have rain it is 6 to 8 ft. tall.

That lack of rain is frightening. I’m sure the farmers are feeling quite desperate.
